T7 Tuning (referred to as 'T7', 'our', 'we' and 'us') owns and operates T7 Tuning. All accounts whether verbal or written entered into with T7, are subject to the terms and conditions described in this document.
Under the terms of this agreement, when you enter into a contract with T7, you are deemed to accept and acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.

This indemnification and hold harmless agreement extends to all issues associated with your account and dealings with T7.
3. Refusal or discontinuation of services or products
T7 has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of services or products to any person. T7 may deny you access to all or part of its services or products without notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that T7 in its sole discretion believes violates any of the terms and conditions in this agreement.
T7 will have no responsibility to notify any third-party providers of services, merchandise, or information, nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting from such discontinuance or lack of notification.
You agree that T7 has the right to disclose any information about you as necessary to satisfy the law, or to protect itself against any legal action.
4. No warranties
T7 makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services and products being offered. The services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and limited to Swedish statutory warranty rights only.
All refunds and exchanges are bound by our terms and conditions contained on the T7 Tuning website(s).
No advice or information given by T7 or its agents or employees will create a warranty.
T7 provides no warranty that the T7 Tuning website(s) is error free or that any information, software or other material accessible on the web site is free from viruses or other harmful components.

It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services and other information, and the quality and merchantability of all merchandise T7 provides.
5. Accounts and Identification Information
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into any contract with T7. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have parental consent in order to enter into any contract with T7 and the account must be ordered by a parent or guardian, in their own name.
When entering into any contract with T7, you agree to supply T7 with a current and truthful name, postal address and telephone number for our records, and you have a continued obligation to keep this information current.
You also agree you are an authorised user of any credit card you supply to us for payment of services or products which T7 provides to you. You understand and agree T7 and or our agents have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fraudulent credit card use in relation to such transactions.
6. Payment & Other Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services and or products T7 provides to you. You understand that as the account holder, you are the individual solely responsible for all use of the account.
7. Agreement Acknowledgement
This agreement supersedes any written, electronic, or oral communication you may have had with T7 or any agent or representative thereof, and constitutes the complete and total agreement between the parties. Should any provision of this agreement be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect and the provision will be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.
By entering into any verbal or written agreement with T7, you are stating and acknowledging that you have read the terms and conditions and that you understand such terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
8. Legal validity of terms and conditions
This disclaimer and all web activities performed on or derived from T7Tuning.com or T7tuning.se are governed by the laws of Swedena. Any dispute will be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sweden and Courts of appeal from them.
Disputing parties waive any rights they have to object to an action being brought in those courts including but not limited to claiming that the action have been brought in an inconvenient forum or those courts do not have jurisdiction.
If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
